Help changing numbers

Hello-  I have a few questions about the form I am working on.

The first is that in the category "secular school" it seems to auto fill in the name of the child rather than have it be blank to fill in the name of the school. Are you able to see that and remove it?

I cloned this form from another one of my forms.  I would like to change the way the fee is done.  I would like people to pay a $250 deposit per child with this form. How do I set up the widget to make that happen?  Or can you set that up for me?

I also have a section called "How did you hear about us?'  And if they check Mendham Moms Network I would like to automatically deduct $100 per child from the deposit.  Can you set that up for me as well?

The "Name of Secular School" field is blank on my end.

Should $250 deposit per child be calculated based on the selected option in the "I will be registering" field? If so, you can assign calculation values to that field.

You should also assign 100 to the "Mendham Moms Network" option. 

After that add Form Calculation widget to the form (Deposit) and set the following calculation.
