Cancellation and Refund to my account: addeeb81

    I canceled my subscription and deleted my account(addeeb81) last September 2018. Even though, I already charged for the past seven months (19$ each/month) without using my account.

    I sent many emails regarding my issue to support@jotform.com without getting any feedback.

    Could you please cancel the subscription and stop charging me every month. Also, I asked you to refund me for the past 7 months since I didn't use it and I already canceled the subscription and deleted my account.

    I'm waiting for your action!

    Since this is a PayPal payment, you'll need to cancel the subscription on your end. To cancel in PayPal, please follow this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription.
