My form calculations were working perfectly... but then I just changed the value of multiplier and now 1-1821 households do not calculate. I cannot find the problem. I only changed the multiplier like... 0.549 to 0.599 for example... Can you help?

Could you please give us an example of what we will input and the result that should be? The calculation seems to work if you enter a large amount or 5 digit numbers.

We will wait for your response.

    1000

    should result in $592.90

after 1822 it calculates... between 0-1821 it does not calculate

it worked before I just changed the multiplier for all... I have no clue

it seems it calculates 1822 and produces $1,000.10 so i wonder if something is set to calculate at $1,000 and up... I do know when i change the multiplier to 1.0 it calculates

I have checked your form, and could not find anything that would prevent the calculation when the input is less than 1000. I have cloned your form, and it works fine: https://form.jotform.com/91075937236968

Please try cloning your form and using the clone version: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-Your-Account

Or, you can try to revert the change you did through the revision history: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

I tested your cloned form and it works. I just cloned it and it still does not calculate. What can I do to use the form you cloned?

The problem seems to be happening due to the dollar sign added on the calculation, basically the conflict happens while mixing numbers and letters in a calculation, to resolve the issue get rid of the dollar sign and make sure you have included only functions and numbers, example:

Thank you I will try in a few and update here. I guess I can add the $ sign outside the box. I'll follow up. TY
