Form Data Import from another form vendor using CSV file

Hi:

We currently hosted our forms with Cognito Forms and we would like to use JotForms, but we would like to import the data into JotForm to create a new form using the data we import in CSV format from Cognito Forms.

Is there a tech note, how to do it without any issues?
