HIPAA Form Status: it is sometimes not available, it says "disabled by owner"

    Hello,


    I have created a form for NWCT and sporadically I can view form and submit information to it and have it email me response. Other times, it says form was disabled by owner. That would not be possible as I am the owner.

    Could you please check if the form is set up to be disabled?

    If it is enabled, please try clearing the forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

    If the issue happens again, please let us know when(date and time) exactly you saw the error message.
