Is there an automated way of applying multiple language to form?

I have a form, 2019 VBS Registration, that I need to display in both English and Spanish.

I know I could physically translate each field to show both languages, both for the actual field and the field sublabels.

I know I could clone the form and change it all to Spanish but I really want all of the data in one form.

Is there any automated way to do this or other options?

No, there's no automatic way. You'll have to manually apply the translation as what we have in your guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-Make-Your-Forms-Multilingual.
