all image upload link is not working form

I had clients upload all pics to a jotform for a 12 week challenge and now that the challenge is over all before pictures are not accessible to me. None of the links work. How do I remedy this? Thank you. 

To clarify, are you referring to your form "Photo and Measurement submission"?

I have checked your form submissions and its seems the uploaded images can be viewed in your submission page.

May we know if you're logged-in when you tried to view the uploaded files? Are you trying to view the uploaded files via the notification email?
