    I can see that currently, you are on the Gold plan. To downgrade your account go to Settings >> Billing

    You can downgrade back to any plan you like.

    To cancel your PayPal subscription you can refer to this guide: How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    I was just billed on April 17th for the gold plan

    if I cancel the gold plan subscription today

    and then add the silver subscription, won't it

    bill be again?

    I have checked your subscription and you're in Gold Monthly plan.

    If you want to downgrade your subscription you need to cancel your Gold monthly subscription first in PayPal by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    Once you have canceled your subscription in PayPal, kindly contact us at this thread for possible refund.

    Your subscription will not auto-renew once it is canceled in PayPal and you can upgrade to Silver plan.
