Out of Payment Submissions on my Free Plan

    Hi there!

    I received an email and note in my dashboard about my payment submissions on the free plan. Is that because I've connected PayPal to my JotForm?

    I will just disconnect, my biz isn't large enough, volulme wise for these submissions, to upgrade.

    Just wanted to clarity this is what you mean by the sent email and dashboard notice?

    As a free user, you are allowed to receive up to 10 Payments per month. This means that you can collect payment via your form maximum 10 times in free account. The forms will be disabled if the limits are exceeded including allotted file storage during the month.
