What does "Total Submission Storage" refers to?

In the "Starter" plan, the limit is 500 total submission storage. Does this refer to the number of submissions that can be stored?

If so, how does this relate to the "Available Space" limit of 100MB? what if I have only 2 submissions that take up more than 100MB? or conversely have 1000 submissions that take up less than 100MB?

I assume whatever limit (either the 100MB or the 500 submissions storage) is reached first, that dictates the limit, is this correct?

    Thanks.

You are right, whatever limit is reached first, that one can disable an account. Uploads and submissions limits are not related. Submissions themselves do not take uploads space if they do not include file uploads. Please refer to this article for more information: Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits
