Is it possible to see a log of forms submitted and if any have failed submitting for whatever reason?

I've been told a few times now that people have tried to submit forms and have had it fail.  I know there's a lot of variables that could make the submission fail but before going to back and saying it is the user I was wondering if there is a way this can be tracked.

They are saying they complete pages or the entire form, click next or submit and then the page doesn't advance or form submission doesn't complete on the user side and it doesn't show up in submissions.

I'm afraid that we do not have such an option. You should ask your users a screenshot of how the form behaves when they click the submit button like if the submit button gets stuck at Please wait... message or there's an error after they click the submit button.

The browser console log would also help us troubleshoot the problem for you. You can have them the guide below to check the browser console:

It's a bit technical, but the guide should work them through it.

Also, ask them their operating system and the browser they are using. 

So far, your form worked for me. I'm sure you get the email of my test as of this posting.
