How to know when the submission was received and read?

So i created a form and entries were put in it.

i want to know the time when the entry was made in the form and the time at which the entry was read in the back-end.

How do i do that?

Do you mean to say that you want to know the date & time when the submission was received in form and viewed in form's submission page?

Please note that it is possible to check the submission date & time when it was received but unfortunately it is not possible to capture the date/time when submission was read/viewed. When the submission is received, form's submission page captures the submission  date & time. Please check the screenshot below:

Submission date time is captured based on the timezone you have configured in your account.
