How can others share forms with me?

I will not be creating forms, Dimensions wants to share forms with me.  How can I do this?

How do they want to share the forms with you? To edit or view submissions or both? We no longer offer the sub-user feature, so the below would be their options:

1. To share the submissions, they can create a grid report for you and have it password protected.

2. To let you edit forms, advise them to use the collaboration feature.
