How to duplicate same question or section by the end user?

Since a user can add new rows as much as needed, and you just have to define fields that have to be duplicated.

Could that work for you?

I looked at the link and what I need is 

a section with Long Text Field and 'Take Photo' Widget that could be repeated or duplicated as needed.

We do have widgets that can enable multiple entries of text for users that might work for you regarding, sections with Long text Fields.

Another option that might be helpful is to show or hide fields based on a user response using Conditional Logic on your forms you set up.
