I cannot manage to get it to sit up at the top of my page.

Can you help with this? Also i don't need a logo holder and can't work out how you get rid of it.

You will see that when it's in the browser as attached the form drops down instead of being level with the image next to it. I have currently left the old form in place on the live website, this one is different. sue
