Quanitity Gift Registry

I would like to set up a form that allows people to sign up for items to bring to an event. However, I would like to form to automatically remove items that have already been selected to bring to the event. How do I do this? I'm speaking of a function that exist in the Punchbowl invitation templates and a similar function in Google Spreadsheets.

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want your users not to be able to select an option if some other users have already selected it. Is that correct?

It is not possible to remove/disable an option form the dropdown field but you can take advantage of our Gift Registry and Quantity Gift Registry widgets to achieve your requirement. The gift registry will disable an item from the list of submission is received with that selection. Please check the screenshot below:
