my notifications form is not being received to my email address. The autorespond form does but not the notifications. Please advise where i'm going wrong.

Could you please let us know the name or the URL of the form you are experiencing this issue with? In the meantime, you can view all of your form email history by following this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History.
