I am trying to encrypt a form. It asks me for my password and when I put it in, I get the attached and therefore cannot go any further in setting it up. Please advise.

I am able to encrypt my form and downloaded the private key already. It seems that you're entering an incorrect password. Please input the correct password of your Jotform account to proceed.

You may also refer to this guide for more details on this feature:

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

As what JohnRex has said, it seems you may have inputted the wrong password in your account.

To clarify, did you download your submission as PDF?

Do note that you can only decrypt the submission in the submission page.

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

It is not possible to decrypt  encrypted submissions when they are downloaded.

For more information, you may check this guide:Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

    Hope this information helps.

I am not trying to decrypt a submission - I am trying to set up an
    encrypted form.
I go to Settings and Click to have Jotform Create encryption keys for me.

The form encryption is currently enabled for your form.

Could you please check the next form submissions page to see if the form data is readable?

    https://www.jotform.com/submissions/91395858278880

If you can read the data, it means that the decryption based on the key is working properly.

    Yes, it works.

Please also make sure that you saved the private key file in a safe place. If you try to open the submissions page using another browser or computer you will be asked to upload the key file.
