How to cancel subscription?

    I just received another notice that our club's paypal account was billed again for $19.00. We have been cancelling our subscription every month for two months now. Why do we keep getting billed?

    I have checked your account funmc ,in our logs it seems we have cancelled your subscription and downgraded your account to free on 4-24-2019. However, the Bronze Monthly subscription(I-6Y7GTJFWCVEV) is still active.

    It seems you may have updated your username from funmc-monthly to funmc and this may have caused the issue with your subscription.

    Can you please try to cancel your subscription in PayPal by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    Once you have canceled the subscription, kindly let us know at this thread so that we can process any possible refunds and downgrade your account to free.
