Show/Hide field condition is not working.

Hi

On this form I have two similar conditions based on a yes / no answer. 

If Yes the user continues, if No following fields are hidden, along with the page break and a message appears. 

This works fine on Page 3 - Eligibility but on Centre management Page 12 the condition to reveal the message is not working. 

Any ideas?

I am not able to replicate the issue. I checked your form and all the conditions that you set on page 12 are working fine. I am not able to see the fields when I select No and if I select No for any of the questions then the page break is not displaying.

But, the only thing that I observed was - for the Registration and Storage and Confidential Material section, all the fields are displaying when I select Yes as well as No. Probably it is because there is no condition set on that field. Is this what you are referring then please set a condition for the Yes/No question under the Registration section.

It's hiding the fields OK but not displaying the fields 172 / 173 if the answer is 'no apart from when you select no for Storage of Confidential Materials.

The message that appears then should also appear if you select no to any of the other sections.

As shown in your example. 

It should respond in the same way as page 3 but that is based on 'yes'

Could you please advise what is the condition that doesn't work properly and which fields should show/hide? 

I checked the form but I'm not sure which of the conditions you're referring to?

On page 12 of the form (Centre Management) there are 7 fields which collapse. 

Each has a Yes / No option and if the user selects 'No' then the next field should be hidden. Along with the 'page break' option to prevent the user from continuing. 

There should also be a message that appears

'Thank you for your interest in becoming a Pearson centre' 

This is not happening for 6 of the 7 fields but as you will see in your colleagues example and by testing, the message appears for the final field (storage of confidential materials)

This functionality is exactly the same as that which is set up on Page 3.  In that case though, a 'Yes' response will hide the following fields / page break and produce the message. 

What could be the reason for it not working on page 12? 

I have checked the page 12 and see that the conditions are working fine except for Registration section. This is due to there is no condition set to hide the fields when the answer is No for this section as set for the other fields. You may see there are only 2 conditions associated with the field while the other fields are having 3 conditions.

There should also be a message that appears

Since the error message is included in the last section, the message can only be displayed only when the last section 'Storage of confidential materials' is displayed and expanded.

You may add a hidden section collapse field before the error message so that it can be displayed when a condition is triggered.
