If I understand your question correctly, you would like to add file upload fields to your form and let your respondents upload files or pictures when they are submitting your form. You can do this easily by clicking on Add Form Element, scrolling down and dragging and dropping the File Upload element directly onto your form. There are also a number of other widgets you can use to let your respondents upload pictures.
