Can I create a form and share it later with someone?

I would like to create a standard form template for a Maintenance/Repair Request to be used by landlords, customize it for each one's use, including email address to which notifications will be sent, and then release it for them to use in the future. In other words, to be linked to their own Facebook or Google account.  This would be a promotional item for my landlord/tenant educational services.  I'd also like people to learn they have other choices besides "no technology" vs. "full suite of landlord software" and that online forms can solve many problems for them.

Is it possible for me to do this?

    Hello @deniselevans55,

If you would like to share the form as soon as you finished creating it, you can suggest landlord to clone the form. They only need to create an account with Jotform, and follow the below guide to clone:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

The recipient's address will be automatically switched to their primary email address after cloning the form. However, if they want to change the recipient to someone else, they can do that in the form email settings. The guide below will help them do that:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email

How are the choices works by the way? Kindly provide us with more information about that thing. If you are looking for the landlords to select which form to use, that should be possible. Just create the forms and ask them to select which one they'd like. You may also consider providing details of each form, so the landlords can decide.

I hope that helps. I look forward to your reply.
