    Hi,

Currently I'm trying to use jotform.

I've set all needed conditions and it all function well.

But, when I test my form, after complete first page, it will bring to second page.

When in second page, when user choose 'No' from dropdown list, I enable the page break which allows user to go back to the first page.

The issue here, when user come back to the first page from second page, error occur when user want to click on Next button.

    The button not functioning.

Kindly need assist on this one.

    Thanks,

    Ikhwan

I tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue you reported. I was also able to replicate it on my cloned form. First I thought that the issue is related to the Skip Page conditions because the form will work if they are disabled. However, they are set properly. I also tried to use Hide page conditions, but the issue persisted. Once I un-require the File Upload fields my form start working. So, based on my tests the issue is related to the required upload fields, on multipage form with conditional logic.

I will report this issue to our developers. We will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

For now, I can only suggest you to use one of our Upload widgets, instead of the basic File Upload filed.

Here is my demo form with the Image Upload Preview widgets - https://form.jotform.com/91574448861973

Feel free to test it and clone it

You can find other upload widgets here
