Can Jotforms autocomplete the information to recognize respondents?

Hi

I am constantly asking staff to fill in their name and email address for every form I send out.

Can Jotforms autocomplete this information for them, if they have completed a form before of course?  If so how does this work? What do I need to do?

You may enable the auto-fill option in the form settings so that the information filled in the fields shall be stored in the browser storage. However, this option shall save all the fields on the form. If you want to pull the name and email address of the users from an Excel sheet by entering a unique code, you may consider using Spreadsheet to form widget. Please see the guide below:
