Redirect to another form

    Is it possible for the submit button to submit a form and take customers to another form?

    ex. upon submitting the family registration form, it submits their info from that form then take them to the schedule a nanny form

    Hello,
    Yes, it is possible to redirect the user to another link after submission.
     
    As an example, I have created two forms
    Redirect to another form Image 10
     
    Go into Form Builder panel by selecting a form
    Redirect to another form Image 21
     
    Click SETTINGS tab -> Click THANK YOU PAGE side tab -> Click Redirect to external link
    I have typed my second form's Link for redirecting.

    Note: You can view your form link under the PUBLISH tab.

    Also, here is a quick explanation about redirecting users to a different page
