How to allow users edit their submitted form?

I set up an autoresponder form so that someone who is submitting a form can go in and edit as often as they would like. However, now that they have submitted the form, now when they click on the link I provided them they go to a blank form rather than seeing the one they have created with all of their entries. Is there a way to allow someone to still be able to edit a form even if they have submitted it?
