Paypal monthly subscription from billed from the USD balance

    Hello,

    on our account info@unipi.technology we use do have the bronze plan paid monthly from our Paypal USD ballance for $19.

    Righ now when I select the monthly payment the only option is to pay from the credit card linked to our Paypal account which we definitely do not want.

    Is there a way to set the recurring payment from the USD paypal balance again?

    Hi Jan!

    Your account is currently in Free status. On your account's Billing page (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing), when you click the orange Upgrade button, are you able to see and select the PayPal option?

    After clicking Continue you should be taken to the PayPal page where you have the option to log into your PayPal account to finish setting up the subscription. Please let us know if you are unable to select PayPal as the payment option.

    :) pictures tell more than thousand words. So I select paypal like this:

    Then select "Checkout with paypal":

    But after login to paypal it only allows to choose from the linked credit card and NOT to use the balance that we have on paypal:

    I am not sure that it is something which Jotform can handle. Jotform sends a request to PayPal for the amount i.e. $19 and once you are on the PayPal website, it is on PayPal regarding the payment options.

    However, I can advise you to click on the "Change" link and see whether you get an option to use your PayPal balance.

    Otherwise, you can also try removing the saved card details and then try to process the payment.

    If nothing works then I advise you to contact PayPal and let them guide you on this.
