PayU money payment integration error "Sorry, Some Problem Occurred."

i have provided the correct test key and salt to run in test mode yet i am getting an error saying "Sorry, Some Problem Occurred." i have tried the keys provided on my woocomerce site abnd the payment is successful there. is there a fault in your payment integration?
