Pre-fill JotForm with google spreadsheet data.

Hi I have a JotForm where I need to prefill the answer for a restaurant’s name. I have a database which includes the restaurants name and I want to pair this. I also have a second piece of information from a g sheet which is unique to each restaurant that I would like to pre-full in all my JotForms.

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to populate form fields with external data source. I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Spreadsheet to Form" widget and see if that fits into your requirement.
