Spinner Properties up and down arrows not working

Can you please tell me why the Up & Down arrows stopped working on my forms

When i first built the forms the appeared find and now people are not able to use them

I have checked the web page you have embedded the form and indeed the spinner widget is not working correctly.

However, checking the direct form, the spinner is working correctly.

Can you please try re-embedding the form using the Iframe code?
