What happens if I downgrade after our event ends?

    We have an event in September which we accept applications and payments for booth sales for about 60 vendors. Once the event ends we no longer need the form services. What happens if we downgrade to the free plan after the event ends? Do we lose our forms or can we reactivate them each year and upgrade our plan as needed?

    You will not lose any form, what will happen is, if you have more than 500 submissions total in your account, all submissions over 500 will not be available on Free plan.
