carga de formulario

    En el día de hoy estamos viendo que el formulario no se está cargando es intermitente.....

    It looks like the URL in the iframe embed code seems to be incorrect. We request you to get the iframe embed code of the from the Publish tab of the form and embed the form on your web page so that it should be working fine.
