Why aren't the collected credit card numbers showing up on the submissions page?

I'm trying to collect credit card info on a secure form and the 1st 4 numbers and last 4 numbers came through, the rest was #### signs. I'm using my credit card processor NMI who takes care of my recurring accts https://www.jotform.com/submissions/91755368846170
