When account limits are reset?

hi can you please tell me what date our form will go back live we are a animal rescue and the form is for adoptions 

Please note that submission counters are always reset on the first day of each month.

I checked some of the forms in your account. They seem to be displaying fine. 

I have also cleared the form cache. Could you please share the URL of the form if the issue still persists?
