Jotform going to spam

hi, 

we use jotform and a bunch of our messages are going to spam in office 365 that are not spam. Could someone from your team please advise?

there are several outdated threads or answers that don’t appear to be correct within the forum.

You can try whitelisting JotForm IP and domains to avoid this:
