Address Field IDs are a marvelous feature and work perfectly for me in a Text Field.

I'm having trouble, however, with Address Field IDs in the Location field of Jotform's Google Calendar Integration (JGCI) at https://form.jotform.com/91900673684161. When Location field = {address} in JGCI, Google Calendar's "Location or Conferencing" field results in this ...

: Mayflower Public Library, Ashmore Street, Mayflower, AR, USAStreet Address: Mayflower Public Library, 6 Ashmore StCity: MayflowerState / Province: ArkansasPostal / Zip Code: 72106Country: United States

Note the three problems in the JGCI output above:

    1) an extra ": " preceding the address

    2) field names mixed in with values

    3) complex address with duplicated values

Ideally I'd like JGCI to match Google Calendar's autocomplete address format. Here's Google Calendar's autocomplete address format for the location above ...

Mayflower Public Library, 6 Ashmore St, Mayflower, AR 72106, USA

I've been unsuccessful in using Field IDs - {address:addr_line1}, {address:city}, {address:state} {address:postal}, {address:country} - in Form Calculation field, Substring widget, Conditional Update/Calculate Field or Location field of JGCI.

Can someone please help me troubleshoot these Address problems?

    Thanks!

    Dawn

How about transferring the data/value of the address field to the textbox? You can then use substring widget to stripped the value and combine it like the way you prefer using the form calculation widget.

Please give it a try and let us know if that works.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm unable to find the Text field name or ID to
    give the Substring widget. Thoughts?

Sorry, but I realized that stripping values in the address field will not work because the number of characters in the address field is not fixed. Unfortunately, there is no workaround to organize the value of the address field the way you want at the moment.

If you like, we can make a feature request with your requirements. However, we cannot guarantee that the feature will be implemented or cannot provide any time frame for implementation.
