Is there a way to add additional information for multiple family members filling out the same form?

I'm looking for a way to add additional contact/demographic information to my application as an optional button for users to add multiple members of their household. The application I'm building requires everyone living in the household to complete a set of contact/demographic information. Currently, the only way that I can allow for multiple family members to fill out that section of information is to make a huge portion of the form blanks for name, race, gender, contact info, address, etc. This seems counter productive though because some families filling out the form have 2 members while others have 8. If there's any way I could add an "add another" button under the contact/demographic section of my application, it would completely streamline the process and allow families to add as many sections as they needed to include all household members.

I suggest you use the Configurable List widget. This widget allows the user to add multiple similar fields dynamically.

    Here's how the widget works:

I recommend you check this guide for more information: How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget.

You may also do it manually by creating multiple fields and then using the Section Collapse tool to separate each section. After that, you can use the Show and Hide Field condition in order for the fields to appear based on the condition. Here's a helpful guide: Show-or-Hide-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Using-the-Section-Collapse-Field.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know.
