You may pass the data from one Form to another Form.

You can check this guide on how to pass data from one form to another.

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form

You may then configure the prepopulated URL either in the Autoresponse email or in the Thankyou page so that data from Form 1 passes to Form 2.

With the Pre-populated second Form URL, you can ask the second user to submit the Form after a week.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

I make form in 2 page
First page is for team A, fill the form first, then submit.
The second page is for team B, continue the pre populated form in the next

Can B team got link of spesific pre populated form? They will edit then
    submit it again
    Or any better method?

Just to confirm your requirement, you want to build two page Form and at first, you want to show the first page of the Form to a set of the user that belongs to Form A.

Next, once the form is submitted by group A users then you want to send this half-filled Form to set B users and display first(filled by set A users), second page to them. If you want this to be implemented in the Form then please confirm we will help you set this up.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks

To achieve this I have followed this workaround in a Demo Form:

    1. Added a Get Form Page URL and with this widget added a condition to hide the page break and all the other Form fields and show it only the Form is edited

    2. Next, you can send the edit link to the users from set B who would see both the pages.

    Here is the edit link:

    www.jotform.com/edit/{id}

You can just place this in the autoresponse email. Set this email conditionally based on the user's answer.

Are you referring to this Form?

I noticed there is only one Form in your account that is the above one. The Form is appearing correctly. Please check this GIF:

Are you referring to any other Form that you are unable to see?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

    Yes. Just one form
Because they are two different user but using just one form. Is that
    possible?

So were you able to see the Form? Since in your previous post, you said that you were not able anything on your Form

To come down to your requirements, yes, you can achieve it. One user can submit the direct URL and another can access the same Form using the edit URL as explained in the previous post.

You may test my demo Form.

    https://form.jotform.com/92148581039966

Please provide your email Id in the email field. You will receive an autoresponder email that will have an edit link. Using the edit link you can fill the second page. The edit link will unhide the second page and the first page was filled up by user one.

    1. Adding an edit link in the Autoresponse email:

    2. Next, add the Get Form Page URL and with this widget added a condition to hide the page break and all the other Form fields and show it only the Form is edited

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.
