Square Integration Difficulty / Transaction Doesn't Go Through

Hi, 

I have switched my form from test to live mode, but the transactions are still not going through to Square. 

Here is the page where I have the form embedded (pass is workinprogress), using the source code. It submits successfully and brings me to the thank you page, but does not create a transaction. The submission is reflected in JotForm, however.

Hi there, just wanted to bump this up - we're trying to get everything sorted out and then plan to upgrade to a paid plan once we're ready to launch. Hopeful that we can get this working! :)

Have you checked your Square dashboard to see if you are receiving payments? I have made a clone of your form and tested the Square integration and was able to complete the transaction successfully - payer info is showing on the Submissions page. Please note that payments processed in Test Mode will not show up on your Square dashboard. You can also make a payment by accessing your form directly through the URL: https://www.jotform.us/form/91965637366169 to see whether the embedding of the form on the webpage is causing the issue. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue.

Yes, I did check the Square dashboard to see if we are receiving payments. I had turned test mode off, so the payments should be showing in Square but they aren't. I can see the payer info on the Submission page. 

I just tested it using the URL you provided, and that URL works - which I guess means it's an issue with embedding the form on the webpage. Is that something you are able to help with? We do need it to work on the webpage itself. Is there a list of common issues that take place when embedding that I can use to troubleshoot? 

It could be that the script embed was having a conflict with your webpage scripts.

Can you please try embedding your form using the IFrame code and let us know if the issue still remains?
