How can I create condition for each field of input table?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to set a condition for separate fields in the Input table since Input Table is considered as a single field. If you can provide us with more information on your requirement with an example, we may be able to send a feature request to our backend team for evaluation.

i am trying to create table with multiple input option and based on user response i want multiple fields to be generated

I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly. Do you want to show and hide fields inside of the Input Table field with conditional logic? That is not possible.

I can only suggest you set use fields like Short Text Entry instead of the Input Table field. 

You can also check our Configurable list widget. This widget will allow your users to add new fields. However, conditional logic to show/ hide fields can not be used with this widget as well.
