Issue with Email portion

    Jotform, 


    I am having some issues with the email address portion of my form. As some people go to fill it out they are receiving error messages and having to reattempt several times over in order for the message to stop. The error is not in the email address itself but in receiving the error message in the first place. If you could clear this issue so my people can fill out their form without a problem that would be much appreciated. I can't have the form down for any length of time, so please keep that into account.

    Were you able to replicate the issue your users reported?

    I tested your form and as far as I can see it is working fine. Considering that it has a live payment field I could not make a test submission, but once I filled all required field there were no errors on the form. 

    Please tell us exactly which error message are your users getting. If possible provide us a screenshot of the error message.
