People are having issues with the link to my preorder form. Please test to see if there’s an issue

    Can you tell us about the issue being faced while submitting the form? I can see the form is working fine and appears to have no issues. 

    Can you please provide the error message of error screenshot? Or allow us to make a test submission so we can test this.

    Yes. It works fine for me as well. However two people just told me today
    that it won’t load on there iPhones. was hoping you can test the form or
    maybe see back end data on people trying to access it. Thanks, Nick

    Would you be able to know what iPhone were they (respondents) using when they encountered the issue? If possible, would you be able to also ask them the iOS version of their mobile devices, please?

    And are they trying to access your form directly from its link or are they accessing it from your website where your form is embedded?

    Can you also give us the following details, please?

    1. Web browser used (Safari, Google Chrome, etc.)

    2. The error message that appears when the issue is happening, if there is any. You can also upload a screenshot of the issue, if available — How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
