I think you are referring to classifying conditions in separate blocks inside your form settings. Is that correct?

If yes, I'm afraid, it is currently not possible. The different condition types as shown below will be added in one page one below the other. Currently, we do not have a facility to separate the different types in specific blocks.

How can I set the time to restart form after sending?

Could you explain further on this question as what you want to achieve? Are you looking at adding a timer to your form? You can add a Timer widget to your form or you can add a Date Picker field in your form and set it to show the current time and date.

Is this what you were looking for?

    Hi Man!

    So try to explain better.

When i send the form, thanks page appear...how can i allow a new guest to start a new registration? Can i set to leave thanks page just for few seconds? Otherwise to put a button to restart it...?

If I understand correctly, you just want to redirect the user to a different URL after they submit the form. Instead of the default Thank You page, you want to redirect to a different page.

Please refer to our user guide : Redirecting Users to a Different Page

I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Can you please share to us the URL of your website where we can also test the actual form.

Normally, the form should be empty/blank on its initial load on the browser. Example your form https://www.jotformeu.com/form/92104162637351

Are you saying that your form is pre-populated with data already every time it load on the browser?

We will wait for your updated response.
