Why doesn't my autoresponder 2 email receive any emails?

    Por favor me pueden ayudar, diseñé el formulario:


    En la cual estoy considerando además de un correo tipo autorresponder 1, otro correo autorresponder 2, para ello generé la condicional para que llegué este correo cada vez que se da en aprobado pero no está llegando este segundo correo de autorresponder 2 por favor si me pueden ayudar

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    We have cloned your form to test the email notifications, conditionals and the auto-responder mails. However, we didn't see any problems with them. Here is the screenshot of how it looks in our inbox:

    No llega el correo:
    Nose porqué, ya cambie el correo y nada.

    The email address (patrick.villanueva@urp.edu.pe) is on our bounce list. I checked our email logs and emails were sent properly.


    Please contact your email provider and ask to add Jotform IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find the list of Jotform IP addresses on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    Also, please make sure the condition is met to receive an email.
