I am not receiving submissions to our employment form that we created with your system sent to my email fred@allcountymusic.com.
I have had submissions forwarded to me by the submitters but I'm not getting them myself and wondering why?

I checked your form and the notification email is missing an email recipient.
Please add your email address in the email recipient by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email
