Integrate data two forms

I need to integrate the data of two forms through a "Vlookup" function, just as Excel does. how can I do it?

You can use this app to combine your form submissions http://combine.jotform.io/ and export them into CSV format. Then open the CSV in your Excel app so you can use the Vlookup function.

Or you can also download each of the form's submissions to Excel and combine them manually into a single Excel file then use the Vlookup function within the Excel app.
