How to remove the username from the custom URL link?

Is there a way to make the address more manageable for our client base?  As of now it looks like I have to use:

https://form.jotform.com/92185640436156

Yes, you can by making the URL to the form Custom. You will need to go into the form's publish options and select Quick Share, from there you will be allowed to edit the link and create one of your own.

 I wish to get my name carolmaurin out of the address.  It is now:

https://form.jotform.com/carolmaurin/AARF-t-shirt-order-form. Is there a way to do that? Thanks

Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove the username from the custom URL links. If you wish you can use your business name as the username of your account.
