New Google Sites: Embedded forms showing blank

I'm having the same problem as Sarah. All of the sudden my embedded pages are "blank" even though I've followed the instructions on this page exactly. Why is this now happening and how do we fix this issue?

In order to look into this further can you please provide us the URL to your forms as well as the URL to the site in where the form is embedded?
