The website still shows "Form has exceeded quota" warning

    Hello, our form had exceeded its quota. I deleted all the submissions and now I can't get it to work on our website. When you click on the link it still says it has exceeded quota. Can you please help? 

    Also, my email is on your bounce list. I have input my correct email address and it says there is an account associated with that email address. I need to delete that account and then move over to the correct address. Are you able to help with that too please?

    I have cleared your account's Form cache so it should have fixed the issue.

    May we know which email Id you want to replace with? Please try deleting the account associated with the email Id then try to update the email Id in your new account.
