How to show DocuSign signature on form?

I see that you are using DocuSign widget on the form for signature. Please note that the DocuSign signature can only be displayed in the DocuSign documents only. If you want the signature to be displayed in the form submission or email, you may consider using eSignature or Smooth Signature widgets on the form.
